The aim of Executives Online as the Franchisor is to build a global network of offices operated by business owners (franchisees). In order to do this we have already partnered with organisations and individuals in territories where there is a strong market for Fast Track Executive Resourcing, yet we still seek further partners for UK expansion as well as in other global regions such as Asia Pacific, Continental Europe, the Middle East and USA.

As you will be aware, most senior level recruitment is undertaken by individuals or organisations with traditional ties and/or relationships to the recruiting company. Executives Online is challenging this approach. Our use of online client and candidate acquisition methods, and the global talent bank which continues to grow from these programmes, enables us to deliver diverse and successful placements faster and more cost-effectively than others.

We are presently seeking franchise partners in international markets. We are especially interested in identifying franchisees for the Asia Pacific Region, ideally Hong Kong and Singapore as well as the USA (ideally New York).
