Interim Management is defined as:
“The provision of a mature, professional manager, well qualified by relevant practical experience, either to fill a gap in permanent staffing or to deliver a specific business result within a limited time period.”
Permanent Executive Recruitment is defined as:
“The provision of a senior executive or manager, well qualified by relevant practical experience, to fill a gap in permanent staffing requirements on a permanent or fixed contract basis.”
The aim of Executives Online is to build a global network of offices operated by business owners / managers (our franchisees). In order to do this we have partnered with organizations and individuals in territories where there is a strong market for fast track executive headhunting.
Most senior level recruitment is undertaken by individuals or organizations with traditional ties and / or relationships to the recruiting company. Executives Online is challenging this traditional approach and meets its clients' challenging briefs by leveraging its Global Talent Bank.
